• Attestation of articles of associations.
• Notarization of transactions and contracts related to trade marks.
• Attestation of contracts concerning movable assets.
• Attestation of civil and fine bails.
• Attestation of financial clearances.

PREPARING AND APPROVING LABOUR REGULATIONS

MFA has the authority to prepare and approve labour regulations by the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

DOCUMENT ATTESTATION

MFA is an accredited attestation office which means that it is authorized to attest documents. Documents that are attested by MFA are accepted by foreign authorities as legitimate.
